A Super‐Capacitive Pressure Sensor with Ultrahigh Sensitivity and Wide Linear Pressure Sensing Range for Human Bio‐Signal Detection and Electronic Skin

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Incorporating a PVA/H3PO4 ionic elastomer and a hierarchical hemisphere structure within the electrolyte layer, along with a curvy top electrode, enables the super‐capacitive pressure sensor to achieve ultrahigh sensitivity (34.79 nF kPa−1) and a broad linear sensing range (0–800 kPa).

Laser‐Induced Photothermal Conversion to Hemispherical MoS2 Enabling Non‐Contact Self‐Powering Image Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The laser‐assisted method allows the direct synthesis of hemispherical MoS2 (h‐MoS2). Through curvature‐induced electric‐field amplification, the h‐MoS2‐based noncontact TENG exhibited a 37‐fold increase in voltage output and operated stably at distances of up to 10 mm.

Anisotropic Charge Diffusion in Polar‐Layered Oxides for Ultralong Charge Retention

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Anisotropic charge diffusion in epitaxially grown LAO thin films is reported, which enables ultralong charge retention. Surface‐accumulated oxygen vacancies effectively suppress out‐of‐plane electron hopping, allowing ≈90.9% of the surface charges to remain after a few weeks or longer.
