Argulus japonicus: A Concerning Health Issue for Channa punctata in Southwestern Bangladesh

This study investigated Argulus japonicus infestation in Channa punctata in southwestern Bangladesh, with 60.7% prevalence among 140 fish including morphological identifications. Parasites were primarily found on gills, eyes, and skin, causing significant haematological, clinical and histological changes.

Histopathologic changes in the kidney tissue of Prochilodus lineatus Valenciennes, 1836 (Characiformes, Prochilodontidae) induced by sublethal concentration of Trichlorfon exposure
