Trichophyton tonsurans Infection in Nagasaki Prefecture

長崎県に於いては,2003年8月長崎市内の高校柔道部員の頭部,体部白癬の1例からはじめてTrichophyton tonsuransが確認された。その後県下各地の主に高校柔道部,相撲部,レスリング部員からの集団感染などが見いだされるようになり,2007年末までに67症例となった。年齢層別では大学生2例,高校生50例,中学生12例,小学生1例,幼児2例であった。男女別では男性63例,女性4例で圧倒的に男性が多かった。感染の中心は常に高校生であったが,ここ2年間中学生以下の年齢層の感染が増加傾向を示した。競技別では柔道58例,相撲5例,レスリング1例で県下の高校の競技人口に比例していた。病型別では頭部白癬4例,頭部白癬と体部白癬の合併例9例,体部白癬54例であった。頭部白癬の中にはblack dot ...
