Trichophyton tonsurans Infection in Nagasaki Prefecture

長崎県に於いては，2003年8月長崎市内の高校柔道部員の頭部，体部白癬の1例からはじめてTrichophyton tonsuransが確認された。その後県下各地の主に高校柔道部，相撲部，レスリング部員からの集団感染などが見いだされるようになり，2007年末までに67症例となった。年齢層別では大学生2例，高校生50例，中学生12例，小学生1例，幼児2例であった。男女別では男性63例，女性4例で圧倒的に男性が多かった。感染の中心は常に高校生であったが，ここ2年間中学生以下の年齢層の感染が増加傾向を示した。競技別では柔道58例，相撲5例，レスリング1例で県下の高校の競技人口に比例していた。病型別では頭部白癬4例，頭部白癬と体部白癬の合併例9例，体部白癬54例であった。頭部白癬の中にはblack dot ...
