ABSTRACT Bradyarrhythmia‐related cerebral hypoperfusion should be considered in elderly patients presenting with unexplained episodic cognitive decline, particularly when symptoms fluctuate or occur transiently. Prolonged rhythm monitoring may identify potentially treatable arrhythmic causes.
