Clin CardiolIn this real‐world study of 250 Chinese patients scheduled for elective aortic valve replacement, the INSPIRIS RESILIA aortic valve demonstrated favorable 1‐year safety, with a 98.0% rate of freedom from all‐cause mortality and no observed structural valve deterioration, alongside stable hemodynamic performance.
