Transjugular tricuspid valve‐in‐ring replacement using the novel system under three‐dimensional printing guidance

open access: yesESC Heart Failure
Recurrent tricuspid regurgitation after failed ring annuloplasty is associated with high mortality rates and unfavourable clinical outcomes. Transcatheter tricuspid valve‐in‐ring (TVIR) replacement offers an alternative to high‐risk surgical reoperation,

The Diagnostic Odyssey of a Biochemically Confirmed Case of ML II: The First Western Patient With LYSET Deficiency

open access: yesClinical Genetics, Volume 110, Issue 1, Page 125-130, July 2026.
We identify a female patient with a homozygous nonsense variant (p.Gln38Ter) in the LYSET gene. This is the first western report of a challenging case of an extensive diagnostic odyssey and demonstrates that the LYSET gene must be considered in the differential diagnosis when M6P‐labeled lysosomal enzymes are altered.

Quality of Life After Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement: 1-Year Results From TRISCEND II Pivotal Trial.

open access: yesJournal of the American College of Cardiology
BACKGROUND Severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) often causes substantial impairment in patient-reported health status (ie, symptoms, physical and social function, and quality of life), which may improve with transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR)

Health Care Utilization in Adults With Congenital Heart Disease: Population‐Based Findings

open access: yesBirth Defects Research, Volume 118, Issue 6, June 2026.

New‐Onset Acute Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction Associated With Severe Microcytic Anemia

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
Graphical abstract summarizing a case of new‐onset HFrEF associated with profound microcytic anemia, highlighting severe anemia as a potential reversible trigger of acute cardiac decompensation. ABSTRACT Severe microcytic anemia may serve as a potentially reversible precipitating factor in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). This case

Two Cases of Post‐Operative Coronary–Cameral Fistulas After Unusual Myectomy Procedures

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
Post‐surgical coronary–cameral fistulas (CCF) can occur after various myectomy procedures. Here we present one case of CCF after resection of the hypertrophied RV muscle bundle in double‐chambered RV (DCRV) and one case of CCF after subaortic web resection.
