In the prospective multicenter study, left bundle branch area pacing using stylet‐driven pacing leads demonstrated a high procedural success rate and showed stable lead performance during long‐term follow‐up. ABSTRACT Background Right ventricular pacing increases the risk of dyssynchrony, which raises the need for more physiological pacing strategies ...

Recurrent tricuspid regurgitation after failed ring annuloplasty is associated with high mortality rates and unfavourable clinical outcomes. Transcatheter tricuspid valve‐in‐ring (TVIR) replacement offers an alternative to high‐risk surgical reoperation,

This study reports a 25.2% incidence of acute pericardial effusion following vein of Marshall ethanol infusion for persistent atrial fibrillation. The extent of the resulting low‐voltage area was identified as an independent predictor of pericardial effusion, reflecting the magnitude of chemical injury.

Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve-in-Valve Replacement with an Edwards Sapien 3 Valve
A few case reports and case series have documented the outcomes in patients with tricuspid bioprosthetic valvular degeneration who underwent transcatheter implantation of the Medtronic Melody and the Edwards Sapien XT and Sapien 3 valves. In this report,

AF trigger sites exhibited a markedly shorter minimum local cycle length during ongoing AF, suggesting transient rapid activity. Ultra‐high‐resolution mapping during ongoing AF may provide complementary mechanistic information when conventional trigger mapping is inconclusive.

Cardiovascular Health in Women—Across the Lifespan
ABSTRACT Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of mortality and morbidity among women worldwide. However, CVD continues to be perceived as a predominantly male issue. CVD in women therefore remains understudied, underrecognized and undertreated.

Echocardiographic Imaging to Guide Tricuspid Interventions
Transcatheter tricuspid valve interventions may offer patients less invasive treatment alternatives to surgery. This review evaluates the use of echocardiography to determine anatomic suitability and guide the 2 most common classes of device currently ...

Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve-in-Valve Replacement by Transatrial Approach
Reoperation on the tricuspid valve after prior heart valve surgery is associated with an increased operative risk due to a poor clinical status with severe heart failure and late presentation.
