Tricyclic antidepressant poisoning
Tricyclic antidepressant poisoning causes predictable electrocardiographic abnormalities and can be lethal. Cardiac arrhythmias, hypotension, seizures, and coma are common. Sodium bicarbonate is still considered the treatment of choice for severe toxicity, although a variety of supportive measures may be taken.

New pyrido[2,3‐d]azolopyrimidinones were synthesized and evaluated as potent EGFR‐targeted anticancer leads. Molecular docking and cytotoxicity studies revealed strong receptor binding and submicromolar activity, highlighting this scaffold as a promising framework for future targeted drug development.
