Reusable Selenenyl Iodide‐Initiated Cascade Cyclization of Polyenes with N‐terminating Groups
A cascade cyclization of polyenes with N‑terminating groups, initiated by an isolable selenenyl iodide, was developed. The cavity‑shaped substituent stabilized both the selenenyl iodide and the selenenic acid generated via β‑selenoxide elimination, enabling the regeneration of selenenyl iodide.

Graphs with 3-rainbow index $n-1$ and $n-2$ [PDF]
Let $G$ be a nontrivial connected graph with an edge-coloring $c:E(G)\rightarrow \{1,2,\ldots,q\},$ $q\in \mathbb{N}$, where adjacent edges may be colored the same. A tree $T$ in $G$ is a $rainbow tree$ if no two edges of $T$ receive the same color.

The synergistic effect of anticholinergic burden and depression on fall risk in older persons
Aims Both anticholinergic burden (ACB) and depression are known to increase fall risk in older persons, next to increasing morbidity and mortality. However, the effect of depression on fall risk associated with ACB is unclear. This is relevant because several antidepressants have anticholinergic effects to some extent.

Approach to the Core Structure of Signermycin B
Among the natural tetramic acids with a decalinoyl part, signermycin B is unique because it contains a cis‐decalin. In this paper, we demonstrate that the cis‐decalin section of signermycin B can be accessed by an anionic oxy‐Cope rearrangement.
