The trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias (TACs) are a group of primary headache syndromes all marked by headache and associated autonomic features. The TACs include cluster headache, paroxysmal hemicrania, hemicrania continua, and short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks with conjunctival injection and tearing syndrome.
