CCT2 Promotes Prostate Cancer Progression Through EIF3F‐Dependent Stabilization of FASN
ABSTRACT Prostate cancer (PCa) is increasingly recognized to be driven by dysregulated lipid metabolism. Although fatty acid synthase (FASN) is highly expressed in PCa, the mechanisms governing FASN protein stability and its functional integration into oncogenic lipid metabolism remain poorly defined.

Aldo-keto reductase 1B7 is a target gene of FXR and regulates lipid and glucose homeostasis[S]
Aldo-keto reductase 1B7 (AKR1B7) is proposed to play a role in detoxification of by-products of lipid peroxidation. In this article, we show that activation of the nuclear receptor farnesoid X receptor (FXR) induces AKR1B7 expression in the liver and ...

Tumor‐derived lactate activates PSCs through MCT1‐mediated Vps34 lactylation and autophagy. These activated PSCs secrete CXCL9/10, upregulating PD‐1 on CD8+ T cells via the CXCR3/STAT3 axis to foster immunosuppression. Disrupting this metabolic crosstalk by targeting MCT1 effectively sensitizes pancreatic cancer to PD‐1 blockade, presenting a promising

Mechanistic Understanding of Protein–MOF Integration Through Surfactant‐Driven Interfacial Design
This study reveals how surfactant‐driven interfacial design governs the assembly and stability of protein@MOF composites. Using lipid‐based nonionic surfactants, we modulate protein–MOF interactions to improve encapsulation efficiency, MOF crystallization, and catalytic performance.

Triglyceride transfer activity.
CHO cells were transfected with mouse MTP-A, -B, and -C. Three days post transfection the cells were lysed and aliquots of the lysate taken for the fluorescence based triglyceride transfer assay (Chylos, Inc.).

ABSTRACT High‐fat diet (HFD)‐induced hepatic injury represents a pathology observed across vertebrates, yet the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely understood. Herein, the present study identifies phosphatidylethanolamine methyltransferase (Pemt), a key enzyme in phosphatidylcholine synthesis, as a critical regulator of mitochondrial homeostasis ...

Hypertriglyceridemia and preeclampsia: Its physiological role and up-to-date evidence [PDF]
Preeclampsia is a disease with a highincidence for maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality, mainly indeveloping countries. Although its etiology remains unclear, severalstudies have shown that endothelial cell dysfunction plays an important role in ...

Fibrotic liver stiffness activates hepatic stellate cells through Piezo1‐dependent calcium influx and ER stress, promoting EV‐associated GMFG release. Delivered GMFG engages TNS4 in pancreatic cancer cells, triggering FAK/AKT signaling, adhesion, and fatty acid synthesis.
