Rivalling Self‐Oxidation and Aldehyde Deformylation by a Dinuclear Copper(II)‐Superoxide Complex
A dinuclear Cu2L2‐O2•− reactive intermediate stabilized by a tetradentate N3O ligand set is postulated to be at the origin of aldehyde deformylation via a Baeyer‐Villiger oxidation mechanism, while enabling a radical self‐oxidation cascade in the absence of the substrate.

Chirality in Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Nanostructures
The emergence of chirality in inorganic nanostructures has a critical impact on the properties and potential applications of these novel nanomaterials. This work presents a critical collection of examples of the observation of chirality in TMDs, covering different synthetic procedures and origins of chirality as well as a broad range of dimensionality ...

A Trinitarian approach to spirituality: Exploring the possibilities
Spirituality and ultimacy are inextricably linked. Underlying the plurality of spiritualities are myriad ways to construe the identity of the transcendent. In a Christian sense, the notion of the divine with a Trinitarian identification is central.

Abstract This chapter defends a view labeled ‘Latin Trinitarianism’. In this view, there is but one divine substance, who is just God. Monotheism is preserved but the life of this one God is composed of three event-based persons who exist simultaneously. Thus the doctrine of the Trinity is preserved. The chapter appeals to the notion of ‘

Herein, a sequential acyl‐thiol‐ene/S‐deacetylation protocol for selective installation of thiol residues onto synthetic peptides, on‐resin, is demonstrated. The hydrothiolation/S‐deacetylation protocol offers a novel synthetic tool for direct peptide conjugation on‐resin and for the preparation of novel disulfide containing neuropeptides displaying ...

Strain‐promoted, double alkyne‐azide 1,3‐dipolar cycloadditions make dibenzo‐cycloocta‐bis‐triazoles which display a form of chirality that to date has been overlooked. The enantiomers can be resolved, with their remarkably high configurational stability being exemplified through a chiral fluorescent example.

The novel lysergamide 1‐(furan‐2‐carbonyl)‐LSD (1F‐LSD) was analytically characterized. 1F‐LSD showed LSD‐like activity in vivo similar to 1‐(thiophene‐2‐carbonyl)‐LSD (1T‐LSD) used for comparison. Administration studies in mice and LC–MS analysis revealed that 1F‐LSD served as a prodrug.

The Extracellular, Cellular, and Nuclear Stiffness, a Trinity in the Cancer Resistome—A Review
Alterations in mechano-physiological properties of a tissue instigate cancer burdens in parallel to common genetic and epigenetic alterations. The chronological and mechanistic interrelation between the various extra- and intracellular aspects remains ...

The Theology of the Council of Nicaea
The Council of Nicaea in 325 was a critical theological and institutional watershed between the local and often diverse theologies of one God as Trinity in the second- and third-century Christian communities and the universal or catholic credal ...
