In this paper, we investigate the thermodynamics of D-dimensional charged Gauss-Bonnet black holes in anti-de Sitter spacetime. By considering the variations of the cosmological constant, the Newton's constant and the Gauss-Bonnet coupling constant in ...

Application of Convolution of Daubechies Wavelet in Solving 3D Microscale DPL Problem [PDF]
In this work, the triple convolution of Daubechies wavelet is used to solve the three dimensional (3D) microscale Dual Phase Lag (DPL) problem. Also, numerical solution of 3D time-dependent initial-boundary value problems of a microscopic heat equation ...

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Coercivity enhancement of (Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnets by doping Nd-Fe additives
The effect of Nd-Fe additives on magnetic properties and microstructure in (Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnet has been investigated. By doping 3wt% Nd-Fe additives, the coercivity of the magnet increases from 10.56kOe to 12.69kOe with slight remanence decrease.
