Modification‐Selective Inhibition of Succinate Dehydrogenase a Enables Tumor‐Restricted Mitochondrial Modulation

This work identifies acetylation‐dependent SDHA homeostasis as a determinant of tumor‐specific metabolic vulnerability. Guided by this mechanism, a modification‐selective inhibitor, ZPI‐3, selectively targets non‐acetylated SDHA, achieving tumor‐restricted SDH inhibition and effective bladder cancer control.
