The 0-0 band of the a3Πr-X1Σ+ transition has been fully analyzed. The b3Σ state observed by Sharma (Astrophys. J. 113, 210–218 (1951)) is shown to be a 3Δ state and the analysis of the 0-0, 0–1, and 0–2 bands of the b3Δ-a3Πr transition has been completed.
