Experimental Results on Algebraic Analysis of Trivium and Tweaked Trivium

2008
Trivium is an eSTREAM candidate cipher first proposed in 2005. It has a key length of 80 while an internal state of 288 bits. Its internal state bits can be related to output bits with simple algebraic equations, but non-linear update results in rising degree of equations with time. Recently a tweaked structure of Trivium is also proposed. This article

Analysis of Algebraic Attack on TRIVIUM and Minute Modification to TRIVIUM

2011
In recent times, each user needs to secure the information from unwanted disclosure of secret. Encryption is the most wildly used technique to secure the information. LFSR based cipher systems called stream ciphers are commonly used for applications which requires high speed encryption and implementation.

From Trivium to Smart Education

2020
Rethinking the classics for thinking the future. This could be the compendium of the present article, in which we propose a revision of the immediate future of education based on the classic project of the Trivium. We will analyze, first, the transformation of education in the perspective of smart education, determined by the impact of technology and ...

Trivium Crypto-Coprocessor

2010
Stream ciphers are complex state machines that generate an infinite stream of pseudo-random bits starting from a single key. These bits can be used as a keystream in encryption and decryption operations. In this chapter we’ll discuss the implementation of such a stream cipher algorithm, called Trivium, as a co-processor. The co-processor is attached to

A New Trivium and Quadrivium

Bulletin of Science, Technology & Society, 2003
Today’s conflicts between the views that the humanities hold of science and engineering and the views science and engineering hold of the humanities weaken the very core of our culture. Their cause is lack of integration in today’s education among subjects that hark back to the medieval trivium and quadrivium.
