Spiral Approach for Non‐Software Product and Engineering System Development

open access: yesSystems Engineering, Volume 28, Issue 6, Page 779-802, November 2025.
ABSTRACT This article explored the spiral development process, sometimes called “evolutionary acquisition” in military sectors, and reviewed major non‐software applications in the engineering literature. The spiral development process was originally developed for the design of software while minimizing and managing risk, but the principles can be ...

Development of a Software Do-TRIZ for TRIZ Learning

open access: yesJournal of the Korea Institute of Information and Communication Engineering, 2015
TRIZ is a theory of inventive problem solving. Recently the importance of creative capabilities is being emphasized and many successful cases using TRIZ are being introduced, therefore interest in TRIZ has been increasing. But TRIZ is not easy to learn alone compared to other creative thinking tools.

TRIZ-box–Improving creativity by connecting TRIZ and artifacts

open access: yesProcedia Engineering, 2011
AbstractThe contribution proposes the application of artifacts for stimulation of analogy forming. These artifacts are related to the inventive principles of the TRIZ method. By formulating a contradiction based on Altshuller's parameters, a list of promising inventive principles is generated.
