Phylogeny of korean rubus (rosaceae) based on its (nrDNA) and trnL/F intergenic region (cpdna)
Journal of Plant Biology, 2006We examined the phylogeny of the genusRubus in Korea using an internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and a trnL-trnF (trnL/F) intergenic region of the chloroplast DNA. In all, 21 ingroup species (1.2 kb for each species) were analyzed using parsimony, resulting in 672 aligned sequences from ITS, and 502 bases with trnL/F ...

A trnL-F based phylogeny for species ofPelargonium (Geraniaceae) with small chromosomes
Plant Systematics and Evolution, 1999Phylogenetic analysis was performed of 921 positions of trnL (UAA) 5′ exon — trnF (GAA) exon chloroplast DNA regions from 68 representatives ofPelargonium sectt.Campylia, Cortusina, Glaucophyllum, Hoarea, Isopetalum, Ligularia, Otidia, Pelargonium, Peristera, Polyactium, andReniformia, together with five putative outgroup species from sectionsCiconium,

Phylogeny of the Dipsacales s.l. based on chloroplast trnL-F and ndhF sequences
Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, 2003Sequences of the chloroplast trnL-F region and 3(') end ndhF gene were used to elucidate phylogenetic relationships and the delimitation of families within Dipsacales s.l. Parsimony analyses of individual and combined data were conducted using maximum parsimony method.

Molecular systematics and biogeography of Resedaceae based on ITS and trnL-F sequences
Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, 2007The Resedaceae, containing 6 genera and ca. 85 species, are widely distributed in the Old World, with a major center of species diversity in the Mediterranean basin. Phylogenetic analyses of ITS and plastid trnL-trnF sequences of 66 species from all genera of the Resedaceae reveal (1) monophyly of the family, in congruence with preliminary phylogenetic

DNA sequences of the chloroplast trnL-F locus in Harumanis mango
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2018Harumanis is a special cultivar of mango that has been cultivated commercially in Perlis, a state in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. Perlis is renowned for the production of Harumanis mango due to the low rainfall and relative humidity which are ideal for the flowering and fruiting of the fruit. However, the genetic barcode for Harumanis is

Paraphyly of Cyrtomium (Dryopteridaceae): evidence from rbcL and trnL-F sequence data
Journal of Plant Research, 2005Cyrtomium is an Asiatic genus characterized by anastomosing veins with included veinlets, and comprises about 40 species. We sequenced rbcL and trnL-F sequences of 19 species of Cyrtomium and eight species from related genera in order to elucidate a molecular phylogeny of the genus using maximum-parsimony methods.
