Ordu ilinde bulunan Rubus (Rosaceae) türlerinin trnL-F gen bölgeleri ile filogenetik ilişkilerinin belirlenmesi

open access: yesAkademik Ziraat Dergisi, 2020
Bu çalışmada; Karadeniz Bölgesi Ordu ilinde yaygın olan Rubus yabancı ot türlerinin filogenetik farklılıkları trnL-F gen bölgeleri kullanılarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ordu’nun farklı noktalarından 24 adet Rubus spp. örneği survey yapılmıştır. Örneklerden DNA izole etme aşamasında protokol Haymes (1996) uyarlanarak kullanılmıştır.

Complete Chloroplast Genome of the Eria Sensu Lato Complex (Orchidaceae): Comparative Analysis and Phylogenetic Relationship

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 4, April 2026.
We sequenced and assembled 18 complete chloroplast genomes representing the Eria sensu lato complex. Our comparative analyses unveiled stepwise NDH complex degradation, lineage‐specific positive selection on ycf1, and climate‐driven rapid radiation during the Late Miocene.

Phylogenetics of Asphodelaceae (Asparagales): An Analysis of Plastid rbcL and trnL-F DNA Sequences [PDF]

open access: yesAnnals of Botany, 2000
Phylogenetic relationships of Asphodelaceae were investigated by parsimony analysis of 57 monocotrbcL nucleotide sequences, including 17 genera that have at some time been assigned to the family. All genera of Asphodelaceae except for three (Hemiphylacus, Paradisea and Simethis) form a strongly supported monophyletic group with Hemerocallidaceae and ...
