Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.EBND alone upregulates neurofilament expression but does not induce neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells. With suboptimal NGF, EBND synergistically promotes neuronal differentiation via the TrkA‐ERK1/2‐CREB‐BDNF pathway.
