Modular Synthesis of Dendritic Oligo‐Glycerol Cationic Surfactants for Enhanced Antibacterial Efficacy

An orthogonal click chemistry approach was used to synthesize a series of cationic surfactants. The results show that an optimal balance between positive charges and hydrophobicity is a crucial factor for the improvement of antibacterial properties.
