Tropos logikos

Asymmetric catalysis based on tropos ligands

Chemical Communications, 2012
All enantiopure atropisomeric (atropos) ligands essentially require enantiomeric resolution or synthetic transformation from a chiral pool. In sharp contrast, the use of tropos (chirally flexible) ligands, which are highly modular, versatile, and easy to synthesize without enantiomeric resolution, has recently been the topic of much interest in ...

The Tropos Methodology

2006
The objective of this chapter is to give an overview of Tropos methodology. Tropos is based on two key ideas. First, the notion of agent and related mentalistic notions, such as goals and plans, are used in all phases of software development, from early analysis down to the actual implementation.

Tropos

2005
Software systems of the future will have to perform well within ever-changing organizational environments. Unfortunately, existing software development methodologies have traditionally been inspired by programming concepts rather than organizational ones, leading to a semantic gap between the system and its operational environment.

Tropos Logikos:

Slavic Review, 2003
Gustav G. Shpet (1879-1937) is one of those formidable Russian thinkers who, in the early years of the last century, orchestrated a revolutionary paradigm shift across a broad swath of the humanities and social sciences that is still reverberating today.

Xipho: extending tropos to engineer context-aware personal agents

Adaptive Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, 2014
We introduce Xipho, an agent-oriented methodology for engineering context-aware personal agents (CPAs). Xipho extends Tropos to support CPA development. Xipho's steps span a CPA's requirements acquisition, design, and implementation.

Jamming Vulnerability of Tropo Links

IETE Journal of Research, 1973
This paper presents a theoretical study of jamming of troposcatter communication links. Expressions are derived to estimate the transmitter power required to jam tropo links under various locations of jamming transmitter with respect to the desired tropo link. The method of engineering tropo links which makes it almost immune to jamming are indicated.

Model checking early requirements specifications in Tropos

Proceedings Fifth IEEE International Symposium on Requirements Engineering, 2002
We describe an attempt to bridge the gap between early requirements specification and formal methods. In particular, we propose a new specification language, called Formal Tropos, that is founded on the primitive concepts of early requirements frameworks (actor, goal, strategic dependency) (Yu, 1997), but supplements them with a rich temporal ...
