Not Quite Folded: Challenges in Predicting the hNPS‐hNPSR‐Ile107 Complex With AlphaFold2 Multimer

AlphaFold2 Multimer guided the design of 20 novel human neuropeptide S (hNPS) cyclic analogues. Modelling bias toward the inactive state favoured receptor blockade over activation.
