In this systematic review, we identified advantages and disadvantages of different training methods and approaches. Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, EarlyView.A 63‐year‐old male presented to the emergency department after being found unconscious during a welfare check. Following a prolonged three‐month hospital admission, the patient developed left flank pain. Spectral Doppler ultrasound revealed a large isoechoic lesion with layering echoes, and spectral Doppler demonstrated bidirectional flow.
