RESOLVE was a prospective, real‐world study in patients with moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis treated with brodalumab. At Week 12, 76.4% achieved PASI ≤ 3, 53.5% PASI100, and 71.5%/54.2% achieved sPGA0/1 and sPGA 0, respectively. At Week 52, 96.1% achieved sPGA success (clear/almost clear). ABSTRACT Background Hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) recipients face an increased risk of cutaneous malignancies. Chronic cutaneous graft‐versus‐host disease (cGVHD), specific to allogeneic HSCT (alloHSCT), has been proposed to further elevate this risk, though its impact on skin cancer latency and distribution remains unclear.
