Modeling of the Vibratory Tube Finisher Container
Smart and Sustainable Manufacturing Systems, 2020ABSTRACT The paper is dedicated to the problem of modeling the container of vibratory tube finisher additive manufacturing technology. The aim of the research is to develop an engineering approach of designing a rational model of deformative oscillations of a big size container.

Gel electrofocusing in tubes containing Sephadex
ELECTROPHORESIS, 1984AbstractGel electrofocusing (EF) on Sephadex G‐75, which provides relatively non‐restrictive pore sizes and relatively broad protein concentration distributions (which reduces concentration‐dependent aggregation), was adapted for use in glass tubes. This allows for EF with meticulously controlled low temperatures in conjunction with large sample and ...

Closed Crystalline Tubes as a Container System
Chemical Engineering & Technology, 2010AbstractHollow crystalline glucose anhydrate needles are produced based on a technique to produce hollow crystal needles by phase transformation of solvate crystals into non‐solvates. The fascinating characteristic of the glucose anhydrate needles is the possibility of closing them by a simple drying process.

Modified Atmosphere Container with Time‐Controlled Gas‐Diffusion Tube for Preserving Fresh Produce
, 2013The concept of a fresh produce container equipped with a time-controlled gas-diffusion tube was proposed and tested for its effectiveness at modifying the internal atmosphere of the container beneficially, thus preserving the quality of stored spinach ...

The bursting of tubes containing gas discharges
British Journal of Applied Physics, 1962During a study of thermal shock effects produced on brittle materials by an intense gas discharge of 20 μsec duration, breakage of specimens and bursting of tubes sometimes occurred. Observations have been made of the conditions under which these effects occur. Changes in strength and erosion of materials by the discharge were also studied.

Femoral hernia containing incarcerated fallopian tube
Hernia, 2011We read with interest the article entitled ‘‘Presence of a uterine horn and fallopian tube within an indirect sac: report of a rare case’’ by Kokcu et al. [1]. The article describes the clinical case of a woman with sterility as the only relevant symptom in her clinical history, who presented an indirect hernia that contained a fallopian tube and a ...

Changing Intravenous Tubing Containing Burettes
JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association, 1985To the Editor.— While the efforts of Gorbea and colleagues 1 to define safe infection control practice is laudable, I found their application of statistical methods faulty. Their study 1 examined the safety of changing intravenous (IV) tubing containing burettes at 48 hours instead of the usual 24 hours.

Recurrent Groin Hernia Containing the Ovary and Fallopian Tube
The American Surgeon™, 2023A 46-year-old female presented to the emergency room with complaints of right groin pain. A palpable mass was found inferior to the right inguinal ligament. Computed tomography showed evidence of a viscera-containing hernia sac within the femoral canal.
