Optimization of berth allocation and tugboat scheduling under uncertainty
Port terminals face increasing pressure to optimize resource utilization under unpredictable operational conditions. This thesis addresses the integrated scheduling problem of continuous berth allocation and tugboat assignment, a coordination challenge that remains underexplored in stochastic contexts.
