Eighty-eight species of Senometopia Macquart, 1834 (Diptera, Tachinidae) from the eastern Palaearctic and Oriental regions are revised. Argyrothelaira Townsend, 1916 and Catacarcelia Townsend, 1927 are newly synonymized with Senometopia.

On the road of conspecific association of the Oriental Dissomphalus (Hymenoptera: Bethylidae)

The Oriental fauna of Dissomphalus comprises 39 species, with identified females in only eight of them. Here, we reported for the first time the females of D. paulus and D. wusheanus, based on conspecific associations confirmed from two copulating pairs.
