Proposing a novel structure for the implementation of a graphene metamaterial-based tunable band pass/stop spatial THz plasmonic filter [PDF]

open access: yesScientific Reports
We propose a tunable multi-layer graphene surface plasmonic filter in the terahertz band. In this work, we can set the filter type, operation frequency, and pass/stop bandwidth by properly selecting the chemical potential of graphene.

A Tunable Dual-Band Metamaterial Filter Based on the Coupling Between Two Crossed SRRs

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2021
A tunable dual-band metamaterial filter based on crossed split-ring resonators is numerically and experimentally demonstrated. The proposed tunable metamaterial filter consists of two same metal split rings with different angles.

Distributed MEMS Tunable Filters [PDF]

open access: yes31st European Microwave Conference, 2001, 2001
This paper focus on the design of MEMS distributed tunable millimeter wave filters. A two pole filter continuously tunable in bandwidth and in frequency with constant input/output impedance is described. The center frequency can be tuned from 37.8 GHz to 40.4 GHz and the bandwidth can be changed from 1.6 GHz to 1 GHz with constant return losses.

Arbitrary Termination Complex Impedances Tunable Bandpass Filter Using Single and Dual-Mode Resonators

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
This paper presents a design of microstrip line tunable bandpass filter (BPF) with a transmission zero (TZ) that can accommodate arbitrarily terminated input and output port impedances ( $Z_{s}$ and $Z_{L}\ne ~50~\Omega )$ . We extracted a new coupling
