DIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT TUNGRO PADA PADI

open access: yesVIGOR: JURNAL ILMU PERTANIAN TROPIKA DAN SUBTROPIKA, 2022

Rapid and efficient in planta genome editing in sorghum using foxtail mosaic virus‐mediated sgRNA delivery

open access: yesThe Plant Journal, Volume 121, Issue 2, January 2025.
SUMMARY The requirement of in vitro tissue culture for the delivery of gene editing reagents limits the application of gene editing to commercially relevant varieties of many crop species. To overcome this bottleneck, plant RNA viruses have been deployed as versatile tools for in planta delivery of recombinant RNA.

Epidemiology and management of rice tungro disease [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
Since the mid 1960s, rice tungro virus disease has had a serious economic impact on rice production in South-East Asia. Although the frequency and intensity of outbreaks have declined since their peak in the late 1960s and early 1970s, occasional major ...

VQ‐Rice: Integrating Variational Quantum Models for Intelligent Rice Disease Classification

open access: yesInternational Journal of Intelligent Systems, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This study presents a novel hybrid quantum‐classical framework for rice disease diagnosis, leveraging variational quantum circuits (VQCs) to address the limitations of traditional and deep learning models in precision agriculture. The proposed Quantum Variational Rice Disease Network (QVRDN) integrates quantum feature encoding, variational quantum ...

Relations of rice tungro bacilliform and rice tungro spherical viruses with their vector Nephotettix virescens.

open access: yesJapanese Journal of Phytopathology, 1983
Rice tungro bacilliform virus (RTBV) and rice tungro spherical virus (RTSV) were isolated from rice plant infected with a Philippines isolate of tungro. RTBV was transmitted alone or together with RTSV by the leafhopper Nephotettix virescens from rice plants infected with both RTBV and RTSV, but not from plants with RTBV alone, while RTSV was ...
