Experimental Study on Dust Removal Performance of Electrostatic Water Film Cyclone Dust Collector
Due to their limitations, conventional electric and water film dust removal methods struggle to handle fine dust. This study presented information on and examined the electrostatic water film cyclone dust collector (EWFCDC). By using the variable control

Tungsten speciation and its geochemical behavior in geothermal water: A review [PDF]
Tungsten and most of its compounds remain one of the least regulated substances. As the potential toxicity of tungsten has been reported, the stereotypes about tungsten are gradually being broken.

Tungsten oxide nanowire growth by chemically-induced strain [PDF]
We have investigated the formation of tungsten oxide nanowires under different CVD conditions. We find that exposure of oxidized tungsten films to hydrogen and methane at 900C leads to the formation of a dense array of typically 10 nm diameter nanowires. Structural and chemical analysis shows that the wires are crystalline WO3.

Visible emission spectroscopy of highly charged tungsten ions in LHD: I. Survey of new visible emission lines [PDF]
We found 12 unknown visible emission lines from the core plasma of large helical device with highly charged tungsten ions accumulated. The observation was made with our home-built echelle spectrometer, which covers the wavelength range of 450-715 nm with a wavelength resolution of<0.05 nm for two lines of sight; one line passes both the core and edge ...

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Nanoporous Tungsten [PDF]
Developing materials that can withstand the intense environments of nuclear fusion reactors is critical in developing long-term commercial viability for energy production. Tungsten is the primary candidate as a plasma facing material due to its exceptional resilience in extreme fusion settings.

Novel Tungsten Triboride [PDF]
A highly stable tungsten triboride with the Pearson symbol hP24 (hP24-WB3) is identified by using density functional theory calculations. This new structure can be derived from the well-known hP3 configuration by removing one third of tungsten atoms systematically so that the remaining tungsten atoms form three cycled layers of open hexagons with each ...
