This article concerns room temperature tensile testing, with a range of (nominal) strain rates, of three titanium alloys. Stress–strain curves are analyzed to obtain creep characteristics. A novel technique for fabricating monolithic functionally graded NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) laminated hybrid composite has been developed.
