3D Printed Ultra‐Fast Plastic Scintillators Based on Perovskite‐Photocurable Polymer Composite
The demand for radiation detection is increasing in a number of fields, including high‐energy physics, medical imaging, and homeland security. This study serves to demonstrate the potential for the fabrication of fast perovskite‐based scintillators with complex shapes via stereolithographic additive manufacturing, representing a new path toward the ...

Thermal shock and erosion resistant tantalum carbide ceramic material [PDF]
Ceramic tantalum carbide artifacts with high thermal shock and mechanical erosion resistance are provided by incorporating tungsten-rhenium and carbon particles in a tantalum carbide matrix. The mix is sintered by hot pressing to form the ceramic article

Thermomechanical properties of amorphous metallic tungsten-oxygen and tungsten-oxide coatings [PDF]
In this work, we investigate the correlation between morphology, composition, and the mechanical properties of metallic amorphous tungsten-oxygen and amorphous tungsten-oxide films deposited by Pulsed Laser Deposition. This correlation is investigated by

Machine-learning interatomic potential for radiation damage and defects in tungsten [PDF]
We introduce a machine-learning interatomic potential for tungsten using the Gaussian Approximation Potential framework. We specifically focus on properties relevant for simulations of radiation-induced collision cascades and the damage they produce ...

Coating the standard polypropylene separator with a porous red phosphorous nanosheet greatly improves cycling performance in Li electrode cells. The phosphorus‐based surface chemistry deactivates electrolyte solvent decomposition and enhances the cleavage of F‐containing salt, resulting in an inorganic‐dominated electrolyte interphase (SEI) composition

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
