Bilateral cysts of tunica albuginea of testes
Urology, 1988A case is presented of a patient with bilateral cysts of the tunica albuginea. An orchiectomy had been accomplished on the right side, with confirmation of cysts of the tunica albuginea. Cysts of the contralateral testicle were diagnosed by testicular ultrasound examination.

Marlex Replacement of Tunica Albuginea
Journal of Urology, 1980Prosthetic penile placement for management of impotence secondary to priapism often is difficult owing to scarring the corpus cavernosum. BIOCHEMICAL ALTERATIONS OF THE TUNICA ALBUGINEA IN IMPOTENCE
Journal of Urology, 1997The objectives of this study were to quantify the immunohistochemical stainings of collagen types I, III and IV, and investigate the value of glycohistochemical staining with 3 lectin types specific to a particular glycan structure, Arachis hypogaea, Triticum vulgare and concanavalin A, as a method of defining possible changes in the collagen structure

Milk of Calcium in a Tunica Albuginea Cyst
Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine, 2002Cys arising from the tunica albuginea are relatively rare. Although they may be mistaken for malignant testicular tumors on physical examination, sonography facilitates the correct diagnosis. Milk of calcium describes sedimented calcium crystals within a cyst or obstructed fluid-filled structure.

ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE TUNICA ALBUGINEA IN CONGENITAL PENILE CURVATURE
Journal of Urology, 2001We investigated the ultrastructure of the tunica albuginea in individuals with congenital penile curvature to explain the pathology of this disease.Included in our study were 15 patients 17 to 24 years old with congenital penile curvature. Study material consisted of samples of the tunica albuginea excised from the greater curvature of the corpus ...

Complex Tunica Albuginea Cysts: A Review of the Literature
Journal of Urology, 1988Only 27 cases of tunica albuginea cysts have been reported. We review tunica albuginea cysts and describe the complex tunica albuginea cyst, a new entity not previously defined. A careful orderly approach to these lesions will result in a possible testicular sparing operation.

Dorsal Tunica Albuginea Plication for Hypospadias Curvature
Journal of Urology, 1994A systematic approach is described to correct congenital penile curvature using intraoperative artificial erection, preservation of the urethral plate when possible, tunica albuginea plication to straighten the penis and island flap urethroplasty (onlay and tube) when needed.

Efferent ductule cyst of tunica albuginea
Urology, 1986A cyst of the tunica albuginea is reported. For this cyst, anatomic arguments favor an efferent ductule origin over an origin from mesothelial rests. This cyst is an important benign differential diagnosis of a testicular mass and requires only local excision.
