Journal of Comparative Pathology, 1989 A leiomyoma of the left testicle was found in a 7-year-old Arabian stallion at routine castration. The neoplasm consisted of interlacing bundles of well-differentiated, haphazardly arranged, smooth muscle cells attached superficially to the tunica albuginea.
