Association Between Preoperative Penile Circumference and Urinary Function After Robot‐Assisted Radical Prostatectomy

open access: yesInternational Journal of Urology, Volume 32, Issue 11, Page 1576-1586, November 2025.
ABSTRACT Objectives This study investigated whether preoperative penile length, penile circumference, and testis size are associated with urinary function and sexual function after robot‐assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). Metastatic intrigue: Penile involvement in prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation—A case report

open access: yesUroPrecision, Volume 3, Issue 3, Page 181-185, September 2025.
Abstract Background Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the prostate is a rare tumor subtype found in the spectrum of prostate cancer, and is more difficult to detect, due to the low prostate‐specific antigen values associated with it. A high degree of suspicion is hence needed to arrive at the diagnosis in such cases.

Appraisal of Clinical and Anthropometric Variables as Risk Factors for Urethroplasty Complication in Primary Hypospadias

open access: yesJournal of Paediatrics and Child Health, Volume 61, Issue 9, Page 1452-1459, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Aim We assessed multiple clinical and anthropometric risk factors for urethroplasty complications requiring ancillary procedures following primary hypospadias repair. Methods It is a prospective cohort study of boys undergoing primary hypospadias repair comparing the group of patients with urethroplasty complication (UC) who required ancillary

Single‐cell spatial transcriptomic sequencing and machine learning models uncover molecular mechanisms and diagnostic biomarkers of Peyronie's disease formation in rats

open access: yesVIEW, Volume 6, Issue 4, August 2025.
Peyronie's disease (PD) is a common male reproductive system disorder. The exact etiology of PD remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate molecular and cellular changes in PD using single‐cell spatial transcriptomics. Abstract Peyronie's disease (PD), commonly known as penile induration, is a prevalent male reproductive system disorder with ...
