To the Editor .—I have read with interest in the April 1968Archives, Dr. Rosen's letter on his experiences in Cuba. I had a similar experience in Tunisia in 1967 as an instructor in ear surgery. I had been asked to go there by Medico under the Visiting Specialist Program, and I was received with great courtesy and cordiality.
