DNS-Tunneling-JSON-4-Classes.zip

open access: yes, 2016
Data set containing features extracted from 211 DNS Tunneling packet captures. The packet capture samples are classified by the protocols tunneled within the DNS tunnel. The features are stored in json files for each packet capture.

Effects of nitrogen sources on MICP-related metabolic mechanism of Sporosarcina pasteurii and soil reinforcement

open access: yesJournal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering
Sporosarcina pasteurii (S. pasteurii) is widely used in microbial-induced carbonate precipitation (MICP) due to its high urease activity. In this paper, the effects of nutrients on the metabolic mechanism and mineralization ability of S.

Tunneling in a cavity [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review A, 1996
The mechanism of coherent destruction of tunneling found by Grossmann et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 67, 516 (1991)] is studied from the viewpoint of quantum optics by considering the photon statistics of a single mode cavity field which is strongly coupled to a two-level tunneling system (TS).

Self‐Sintering Ionogel Binder for Flexible, Recyclable, and Healable Printed Giant Magnetoresistive Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Electronic waste has emerged as a major environmental challenge, driven by the massive consumption and a limited lifetime of modern electronic devices, stimulating the development of sustainable electronics. Here, an all‐biomaterial gelatin‐choline‐citric acid ([Ch][CA]) ionogel is developed as an active binder to realize self‐sintered ...

A General Framework to Simulate Soil–Structure Interface Behaviour Using Advanced Constitutive Models

open access: yesModelling
The importance of using sophisticated interface models to obtain realistic numerical solutions of soil–structure interaction (SSI) problems has been recognised in recent decades. With this aim, various advanced interface models have been developed, which

Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Tunneling Effect Based on N elson's Quantum Stochastic Process Approach -Estimation of Tunneling Time- [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
The problem of tunneling time associated with the passage of a particle through a tunneling barrier seems very simple. But it turns out to be very deceptive by the lack of a time operator and there is no clear consensus about simple expression for the ...

Thermally activated charge fluctuations in GaAs double quantum dots [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this thesis, laterally defined GaAs quantum dots and double quantum dots are investigated by means of real-time charge sensing. A quantum dot charge sensor, adjacent to the investigated double dot system, detects single electron tunneling with ...

Omnipolar Magnetic Field Detection by Superlattice‐Based Hall Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic‐field‐induced electronic switching is demonstrated in unit‐cell‐engineered La0.7Sr0.3MnO3–BiFeO3 superlattices. Distinct substrate terminations modify magnetic and transport properties. Hall resistance measurements show omnipolar, hysteretic anomalous Hall switching above the Curie temperature, arising from Fe─Mn interfacial exchange, enabling

Achieving High ON State Current through Ferroelectric Polarization‐Dependent Interfacial Resistance Switching in Undoped Orthorhombic HfO2 Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ferroelectric tunnel junction devices based on epitaxial undoped ferroelectric HfO2 films demonstrate stable switching endurance of over 106 switching cycles, low write voltages of ±3 V, 16 measured resistance states, and neuromorphic capability.
