Photomultiplication organic photodetectors (PM OPDs) are an attractive strategy for health‐monitoring. Here, PM‐OPDs are reported with a specific detectivity of 5.7 × 1012 Jones and external quantum efficiency values of 3500% under −10 V. The dynamics of carrier trapping in these devices are elucidated through trap selective spectroscopical techniques.

Molecular Cross‐Linking of MXenes: Tunable Interfaces and Chemiresistive Sensing
In this study, Ti3C2Tx MXenes are initially functionalized using oleylamine ligands to form stable dispersions in an organic solvent. Subsequently ligand exchange with α,ω‐diaminoalkanes enables cross‐linking, along with precise tuning of interfaces. This structural control translates into tunable charge transport and responsive VOC sensing, showing ...

Agile Construction Digital Twin Engineering
Digital twins have attracted a lot of attention recently. However, the current manifestations are merely digital shadows, lacking means for bidirectional data exchange, which makes their use for assisting the construction of buildings much more difficult.

Development of traffic and transport tunnels in Czech Republic in past decades [PDF]
The paper presents a review of the history, current constructions and the most important plans in constructing railway and road tunnels in the Czech Republic. Individual tunnels are briefly, technically described; other significant characteristics of the

Confinement in a Double Barrier Structure in the Presence of an Electric Field
The effect of electric field on the electron resonant tunnelling into a double barrier structure is studied. We show for particular field strengths an increase of the tunnelling time which leads us to explain the Stark-ladder localization and Bloch ...

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

All-optical attoclock: accessing exahertz dynamics of optical tunnelling through terahertz emission
The debate regarding attosecond dynamics of optical tunneling has so far been focused on time delays associated with electron motion through the potential barrier created by intense ionizing laser fields and the atomic core.

Tempi di Tunnelling (Tunneling Times)
In this review (in Italian) we critically and detaily examine various definitions existing in the literature for the tunnelling times: namely, the phase-time; the centroid-based times; the Buttiker and Landauer times; the Larmor times; the complex (path-integral and Bohm) times; the dwell time, and the generalized (Olkhovsky and Recami) dwell time ...
