This working paper provides a brief overview on the geopolitics of the Organization of Turkic States OTS and of Türkiye (Turkey) as the member state with the largest population and economy. After a series of summits of Turkic States, the Turkic Council was founded in 2009 with the Nakhichevan Agreement.
