Biocompatibility and healing patterns in experimentally induced canine tibial fractures using Pedicle screw‐Rod external fixation

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that using a Pedicle screw‐Rod configuration for the external fixation of non‐articular tibial osteotomy aligns well with the principles of biological osteosynthesis, resulting in secondary bone healing characterized by callus formation and neovascularization.

Arapçadaki İ`râb Alametleri ile Türkçedeki Hâl Eklerinin Karşılaştırmalı Tahlili

open access: yesTetkik

Assessing Angiogenic Properties In Vitro or In Ovo of Pre‐Crosslinked Alginate‐Dialdehyde‐Gelatin Hydrogels Incorporating Boron‐Doped Mesoporous Bioactive Glass Particles

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
This study examines the influence of boron‐doped mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (MBGN) blended in cast and 3D‐printed pre‐crosslinked alginate‐dialdehyde‐gelatin (ADA‐GEL). Addition of 0.5% and 1% MBGN did not negatively affect the viability of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), or the sprouting of HUVEC spheroids.

Long Run Profit Maximization in the Turkish Manufacturing Sector [PDF]

open access: yes
The purpose of this research is to investigate whether the long-run relationship implied by profit maximization is valid for the Turkish manufacturing industry for the period of 1950-2001. During this period, the Turkish economy has experienced important

Ringspannungs‐vermittelte Aktivierung von Pyridinen durch einen gesättigten BSi2‐Ring

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Ring Strain‐Promoted Activation of Pyridines by a Saturated BSi2 Cycle

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
We report a highly strained boratadisilirane with the elusive anionic BSi2 ring motif. Cleavage of the Si─Si bond during reactions with pyridine derivatives activates them in three different ways: 1) for pyridine itself selective ortho‐CH activation and concomitant hydrogen transfer to a second pyridine molecule occurs, 2) with dimethylaminopyridine ...

Degradation of Reactive Red 180 and Safranin and a Comparative Analysis of Photocatalysis and Photo‐Membrane Systems for Real Textile Wastewater Treatment

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examined the degradation of Reactive Red 180 and safranin using zinc oxide photocatalysis. Complete dye removal was achieved for both dyes under optimal conditions within 2 h. For Reactive Red 180, the optimum conditions were pH 10, 0.5 g/L zinc oxide, 25 ppm dye concentration, and 1 L volume. For safranin, the conditions were pH 10,
