Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.SAA significantly enhanced Al/PU bonding, increasing SLSS by up to 920% and fracture energy by 15 100% through optimized micro‐nano porous surfaces. RSM identified the optimal anodizing conditions, while ML confirmed sulfuric acid concentration and roughness as dominant predictors of strength.

Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.This study demonstrates a cost‐effective hybrid nanofiller approach for developing conductive polyamide 6 filaments via melt spinning. Branched carbon nanotubes combined with carbon black create synergistic networks where spherical CB particles bridge aligned CNTs, maintaining electrical pathways during fiber drawing.

Advanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.This article presents dielectric elastomer switch (DES) materials, based on composite thin films. Alignment of graphite flakes due to their physical confinement within the thin films lead to much stronger piezoresistive responses than bulk composites, while their durability exceeds that of conventional liquid‐based DES materials.
