Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2025.The ethanol extract of Rheum turkestanicum contained the highest level of total phenolic. 5‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid and catechin gallate were detected as the main components. Good interactions were found between isorhamnetin 3‐O‐glucoside‐Staphylococcus aureus MurE and 3‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid‐MurE of S. aureus complexes.
