The ROS‐responsive in situ thermosensitive MZR@SPPP hydrogel system enables dual‐stage drug loading and sustained ocular delivery. Upon administration, it gelates at ocular surface temperature, enhancing ocular adhesion. By scavenging free radicals, restoring NRF2‐mediated antioxidant defense and mitochondrial homeostasis, and suppressing inflammatory ...

Re‐Thinking Electronic Circuit Design Through Emerging Reconfigurable Field Effect Transistors
Graphical illustration of reconfigurable field effect transistor (RFET) operation modes, including n‐type, p‐type, and ambipolar transport, as well as their areas of application discussed in this review: digital circuit design, analog circuit design, post‐Shannon computing, and sensing. ABSTRACT Reconfigurable field‐effect transistors, short RFETs, are

The GeTe acting as “molecule scissors” can tailor chemical bond, the breaking of Ag‐Se bonds and the formation of Ge‐Se bonds occur in the A‐SnSe matrix, along with the formation of Ag2Se precipitates. This process helps to optimize the thermoelectric properties, and also improves its mechanical properties to a certain extent.

Unbalanced crystallization in mixed Sn‐Pb perovskites causes film defects and instability. CsPbI3 nanocrystals serve as nucleation seeds to regulate growth during slot‐die coating. Resulting solar cells retain 80% efficiency after nine thermal cycles. Operando GIWAXS confirms suppressed microstrain and lattice distortion, demonstrating that synergistic

Optical Access to Dark Excitons Via Spin–Phonon Fano Interference
Dark excitons in quantum dots neither absorb nor emit light and stay hidden from optical spectroscopy. Quantum interference now reveals them: light scattered by acoustic phonons interferes with a phonon‐assisted spin flip between bright and dark exciton, carving a Fano dip into the spectrum whose position gives the bright–dark splitting. Magnetic field,

Correlates of Voter Turnout [PDF]
Despite decades of research, there is no consensus as to the core correlates of national-level voter turnout. We argue that this is, in part, due to the lack of comprehensive, systematic empirical analysis. This paper conducts such an analysis.

Voters’ turnout is always a crucial aspect in our explanation of election outcomes. A high turnout is often said to give legitimacy to the democratic system. Moreover, turnout usually has distributive effects: parties’ vote shares depend on the levels of turnout registered in a given election. My chapter has the following four aims.

The author considers a two-candidate voting game in which the set \(N\) of voters (players) is an electorate split into two disjoint groups \(N = N_1\cup N_2\), where \(N_1=\{1,\dots, n_1\}\) and \(N_2=\{n_1+1,\dots, n_1+n_2\}\) for some naturals \(n_1\) and \(n_2\) with \(n_1+n_2\geq 2\).

Within the past seventy years, citizens have cast some twenty-seven billion votes in national elections across the world. This impressive figure would likely double if votes cast in local elections and referenda were included. Electoral participation is a mass phenomenon. However, what exactly motivates people to vote?
