This work demonstrates that achieving conductive undoped SnOx contacts required careful tailoring of oxygen vacancy (VO) tuning and defect engineering. Controlling oxygen deposition pressure and low‐temperature annealing (300°C) optimizes defect stoichiometry and mitigates carrier scattering. This low thermal budget approach significantly enhances Hall

Vertical Gate‐All‐Around SiGeSn/GeSn/SiGeSn Nanowire Transistors for Energy‐Efficient Electronics
Band‐engineered SiGeSn/GeSn/SiGeSn heterostructures enable complementary vertical nanowire MOSFETs and steep slope tunnel FETs (TFETs) within a unified Group‐IV platform. Leakage suppression and tunnelling‐path engineering demonstrate an effective strategy for future low‐power and energy‐efficient integrated electronics.

Inverse Optical Contrast in Metastable GeTe2: An Anomaly Enabling Low‐Loss Phase Change Photonics
An anomalous optical phase inversion in GeTe2$\mathrm{GeTe_{2}}$ provides a new platform for low‐loss non‐volatile integrated photonics at 1550 nm. The transition from the amorphous state (1) to a metastable vdW−GeTe2$\mathrm{vdW-GeTe_{2}}$ crystalline phase (2) is driven by bandgap widening, resulting in a negative refractive index change (Δn$\Delta ...

Massively Degenerate Coherent Perfect Absorption in Gradient‐Index Fibers
A coherent perfect absorber (CPA) normally operates for only one or very few spatial modes. The CPA proposed here uses a gradient‐index (GRIN) fiber to absorb hundreds of spatial modes at once, its self‐imaging property replacing the bulky free‐space degenerate cavity of earlier designs. An analytic criterion sets how much modal degeneracy is required,
