AbstractSorted bedforms are widely present in sediment‐starved littoral and inner shelf settings; they are indicators for hydrodynamic conditions and a primary contributor for the subsurface structure. This study investigated the morphology and migration of sorted bedforms on the inner shelf of Long Beach Barrier Island, New York, USA, by repeat ...

Abstract The genus Phaeolejeunea is new to the Fiji Islands, represented by one species previously known only from 'Eua (Tonga Islands) under the name Phaeolejeunea etesseana Mizut. ssp. amicorum Hurl. As a result of a study of all species of the genus, this taxon proved sufficiently distinct as to warrant recognition at the rank of species.
