Visualization and thermal resistance of a sintered wicks structure evaporator in a two phase loop thermosyphon

open access: yesJournal of Thermal Science and Technology, 2014
A prototype two-phase loop thermosyphon (TPLT) was built and tested for thermal performance. This experimental study simultaneously investigated the evaporator resistance and flow visualization in operating the TPLT under sub-atmospheric pressure.

Application of a two-phase thermosyphon loop with minichannels and a minipump in computer cooling [PDF]

open access: yesArchives of Thermodynamics, 2016
AbstractThis paper focuses on the computer cooling capacity using the thermosyphon loop with minichannels and minipump. The one-dimensional separate model of two-phase flow and heat transfer in a closed thermosyphon loop with minichannels and minipump has been used in calculations.
