Emapalumab for Immune Effector Cell‐Associated Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis‐Like Syndrome Following CD19‐Directed CAR‐T in Two Patients With B‐ALL: Clinical and Biomarker Correlates

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Immune effector cell‐associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis‐like syndrome (IEC‐HS) is a life‐threatening hyperinflammatory toxicity distinct from cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity following chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR‐T) therapy. In a single‐institution retrospective cohort of pediatric and young adult patients

Two-column gas-liquid chromatography of fatty acid methyl esters

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1966
Fatty acid methyl esters were separated into fractions according to chain length on a nonpolar gas-liquid chromatographic Column. These fractions were collected and rechromatographed on a polar column. Temperature programming was used in both cases. Data

Non-stationary Parallel Multisplitting Two-Stage Iterative Methods with Self-AdaptiveWeighting Schemes

open access: yesEAI Endorsed Transactions on Scalable Information Systems, 2014
In this paper, we study the non-stationary parallel multisplitting two-stage iterative methods with selfadaptive weighting matrices for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is symmetric positive definite.

Therapeutic Apheresis for Intravenous Methylprednisolone‐Refractory Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder: Clinical and Radiological Outcomes in a Single‐Center Case Series

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a relapsing autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. High‐dose intravenous methylprednisolone (IVMP) is the standard first‐line therapy for acute attacks, although some patients remain refractory.

CFF-SCC: A Two-Stage Framework for Power Infrastructure Extraction From Airborne Transmission Corridor Point Clouds

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
Insulators and jumper wires serve as indispensable core components in power systems. Monitoring their operational status has become a primary concern in power line inspection, as it directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire power ...

Two-Stage Metric Learning

open access: yesCoRR, 2014
In this paper, we present a novel two-stage metric learning algorithm. We first map each learning instance to a probability distribution by computing its similarities to a set of fixed anchor points. Then, we define the distance in the input data space as the Fisher information distance on the associated statistical manifold.

The two-stage current transformer [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1922
This paper presents a brief discussion of the current transformer as used with measuring and controlling apparatus with special reference to the degree of accuracy which can be attained in the ratio and phase angle. A new type of current transformer is then described, in which it is possible to secure much higher accuracy with a given amount of iron ...
