Retracted Article: On the fourth power mean of the two-term exponential sums [PDF]
Abstract Abstract The main purpose of this paper is using the analytic methods and the properties of Gauss sums to study the computational problem of one kind of fourth power mean of two-term exponential sums, and to give an interesting identity and asymptotic formula for it.

In the present paper, global horizontal irradiance (GHI) is modelled and forecasted at time horizons ranging from 30 min to 48 h, thus covering intrahour, intraday and intraweek cases, using online Gaussian process regression (OGPR) and online sparse ...

On the General Dedekind Sums and Two-Term Exponential Sums [PDF]
We use the analytic methods and the properties of Gauss sums to study the computational problem of one kind hybrid mean value involving the general Dedekind sums and the two-term exponential sums, and give an interesting computational formula for ...

On the sixth power mean values of a generalized two-term exponential sums
<p>This paper examines the evaluations of sixth power mean values of a generalized two-term exponential sums. In the case $ p\equiv 3\bmod 4 $, we try to establish two precise formulas by applying the properties of character sums and the number of the solutions of relevant congruence equations modulo an odd prime $ p $.</p> ...

On Two Exponential Sums and Their Applications [PDF]
We give estimates of two exponential sums over finite fields for which Weil's estimates fail. Using our estimates and Cohen's sieve method, we prove the conjecture of Hansen and Mullen for the second coefficient in characteristic two when the degree ...

On the fourth power mean of one special two-term exponential sums
<p>The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary methods and the number of the solutions of some congruence equations to study the calculating problem of the fourth power mean of one special two-term exponential sums, and give an exact calculating formula for it.</p>

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
