Moments and oscillations of exponential sums related to cusp forms
We consider large values of long linear exponential sums involving Fourier coefficients of holomorphic cusp forms. The sums we consider involve rational linear twists $e(nh/k)$ with sufficiently small denominators.

On the sixth power mean values of a generalized two-term exponential sums
<p>This paper examines the evaluations of sixth power mean values of a generalized two-term exponential sums. In the case $ p\equiv 3\bmod 4 $, we try to establish two precise formulas by applying the properties of character sums and the number of the solutions of relevant congruence equations modulo an odd prime $ p $.</p> ...

The Fourth Hybrid Power Mean Involving the Character Sums and Exponential Sums
In this paper, we consider the fourth hybrid power mean involving two-term exponential sums and third-order character sum modulo p, a topic of significant importance in analytic number theory.

On the fourth power mean of one special two-term exponential sums
<p>The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary methods and the number of the solutions of some congruence equations to study the calculating problem of the fourth power mean of one special two-term exponential sums, and give an exact calculating formula for it.</p>

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.

Exponential Sums and Congruences with Factorials
We estimate the number of solutions of certain diagonal congruences involving factorials. We use these results to bound exponential sums with products of two factorials $n!m!$ and also derive asymptotic formulas for the number of solutions of various ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
