Morphogenesis of the genital system of 14 species of nematodes of the superfamily Tylenchoidea was studied. The evolution of the genital system of females in the superfamily was considered. The initial type for the group is a paired gonade of the females. In different families the reduction of the hind branch of the gonade proceeds in parallel.

معرفی گونه هایی از نماتدهای انگل گیاهی جنس های Ditylenchus و Pratylenchus (Tylenchomorpha, Tylenchoidea) از مزارع سبزی کاری حومه مشهد

به منظور بررسی تنوع زیستی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع سبزی در حومه مشهد، طی سالهای 1389 و 1390 تعداد 51 نمونه ریشه و خاک فراریشه جمع آوری گردید. نماتدها به روش الک و سانتریفیوژ استخراج و با استفاده از روش تکمیل شده دگریسه (De Grisse, 1969) تثبیت و به گلیسیرین منتقل شدند.
