UL induced significant spatial and non‐spatial cognitive dysfunction and hippocampal neurogenesis inhibition, whereas aerobic exercise intervention effectively reversed these impairments. Transcriptomic profiling and pharmacological evidence identified MHC class I/II–related pathways (H2‐K1, H2‐Eb1, CD74) as key mediators of the restorative effects of ...

The Current Situation and Development of Endoscopic Ear Surgery in China
ABSTRACT Endoscopic ear surgery has been widely performed in China since 2015 due to the development and rapid popularization of endoscopic technology. Due to the relative shortness of the auditory meatus, only a fixed endoscope is required in many cases, rather than a motion similar to a nasal endoscope, and uncontrollable bleeding is virtually non ...

ABSTRACT Chronic suppurative otitis media is an easily managed condition with potential for severe sinus thrombophlebitis complications secondary to cholesteatoma, if not diagnosed and treated promptly. Diagnosis relies on the culture and sensitivity of the drained suppuration, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Efficacy and Safety of Intratympanic Botulinum Toxin Injection on Middle Ear Myoclonic Tinnitus
Intratympanic Botulinum toxin (IT‐BTX) injection appears to be an effective and safe treatment for MEMT, significantly reducing tinnitus‐related symptoms without complications. In a retrospective study of 57 patients, THI scores and VAS measures for loudness, awareness, annoyance, and life impact improved significantly over 6 months.
